1.  The CTC is the heart and soul of the WCTC.  

1. The CTC focuses on the community connection to grass roots-participatory democracy-organizing to transform and heal our community one neighborhood at a time.  

1. This is the hub, the office, the center to bring our community together, for a place to organize and make decisions cooperatively through collaboration.

1. This will be the first real space where community members, students, alumni, community organizations, non-profits, small business, and more, can come together to change ourselves and change the world.

1. This center will not have a special focus on the environment, sustainability, peace, social justice, anarchism, art, or health.  Instead the CTC will focus on Holistic Transformation.

1. Just because this center is located in Santa Cruz, does not mean in any way that it will only affect Santa Cruz.  Organizing at this center will affect life throughout regional, continental, global, and possibly even universal evolution.
